How to notify suppliers about custom orders without using an app?

I offer custom products and I don’t use app to do it such as printify or others

after customer places orders, I need a reference App to

- notify my suppliers what products to make then they ship to fulfillment center

• then the fulfillment center receives right information of what products arrived and what customers ordered so they can repackage and ship out.
  

  I will use either EPROLO or cj dropshipping for fulfillment.

I hope someone can share me some reference app as my needs.

When you use a dropshipping app, suppliers are usually notified automatically as that is part of the dropshipping process. If you're not using an app, could you tell me a little more about your business model and how you're expecting to use Eprolo or cj dropshipping?
