Hello,

I did my payment gateway integration with success.

However, by mistake i deleted the API from EasyPay side. Now when i try register\reconfigure the API\Plugin on EasyPay platform, i get an error "the domain has already been taken". This error not allow me reconnect the Plugin with shopify.

The domain is required to link EasyPay with my online shop . Any idea, or step to delete the domain records from Shopify side, to allow me register my online shop(domain) in EasyPay platform again?

Hello, @scosta.

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!

I've taken a look at EasyPay's installation guide for Shopify and it looks like you're simply adding the API key onto your Shopify account to grant access to your store. However, you can simply delete the private app and recreate one on Shopify.

That being said, the error - the domain has already been taken, appears to be something that you'd need to resolve on EasyPay. Are you seeing anywhere on EasyPay's dashboard/settings that allows you to remove your store URL?

If you're not seeing an option to disconnect your store from EasyPay, then I'd recommend reaching out to EasyPay's support team in order to resolve this issue. You can reach out to them directly through the contact information found on their page: EasyPay - Contact Us

I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've resolved the issue with your third-party gateway, I'd love to hear more about your experience so far and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
