How To Remove Afterpay from Payment Options

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to remove Afterpay from my payment options? I have deleted the app but it is still showing in the payment options section at check out. Help would be appreciated. If you can give me a step by step process of how to do it please! Thanks

Hey, @DaisyB!

You can deactivate Afterpay by following the steps in the guide below.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments. 

   

    
2. Scroll down to the Additional payment methods section and click Manage beside Afterpay. 

   

3. Click Deactivate Afterpay. 

   

If you've already deactivated it but AfterPay still appears, you can try clearing your browser's cookies and cache as they may be interfering with the appearance of your checkout on your end. If Afterpay is still there after doing so, please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and create a support ticket so we can investigate.
