App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I know this question has been ongoing in this community but only answers I found on other questions were to leave your contact for the supports.
My question is, if I don't remember all of the deleted app's name - which I won't be able to contact the developer to send me an uninstallation instruction.
How can I delete all of the codes left behind on my website? It's starting to slow down my website.
Please help!
Hello @PoeticMind,
This is one of the worst issue.
Some of app's automatically remove their left over from theme but some are not.
For you I suggest analyze the code and remove the suspected one but don't forget to take the theme backup before making any changes.
Thanks
Hey, @PoeticMind
You could always get in contact with our support team here. Once you're authenticated, an advisor would be happy to provide you with a list of previously installed apps so that you can get in touch with any app developer that may have residual code in your theme files.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
