How to remove charge for uninstalled app from bill?

I have a charge on my bill coming up for an app I have uninstalled. How do I get the charge off of my bill for this app?

Hey @wholelottabugs!

 

Ordinarily, you will find one final charge for the app on your next invoice. This is because, while you get charged for your Shopify subscription and apps in one invoice, the billing cycles are almost always out of phase with one another. As a result, you pay for apps partly in advance and partly in arrears each month. You can find a more extensive explanation of this here:

If you want to request a refund or credit for an app that you purchased from the Shopify App Store, we’ll need to access your account. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.
