App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I deleted the Klaviyo app from my store but it's left some code which I think is slowing down my site. Which lines do I need to delete from this screenshot to completely get rid of it?
Thanks
Hi there @SilverBeach!
If you're looking for support with removing code added by a third-party app you can get in touch with the developers of that app, who can help you out with this.
You can find contact info for the Klaviyo app here on its app store page.
They would be able to securely and correctly remove the code relating to their app from your theme.
Can you tell me a bit more about your business and what you're working on at the moment?
Have you decided to go in a different direction for your marketing or email marketing specifically?
