I initially created a Shiprocket account and completed the KYC using my personal bank details. However, I would now like to use another Shiprocket account it has already been created. I kindly request the removal of the current Shiprocket account.

Rather than deleting the Shiprocket account already in use, a faster solution is to disconnect it from Shopify by uninstalling the Shiprocket app on Shopify > Install it again and connect other account during setup. This actually reset integration & connect with new Shiprocket account without full removal of Shopify side.
