How to remove Shopify offers from Instagram Shop and Instagram Shop Banner?

Hey,

I am trying to remove discount offers from my Instragram Shop. 

They are currently appearing as a banner on the top of the page and and as a section on my instagram homepage with all of my offers from Shopify. 

I de-activated the offers from Facebook & Instagram on Shopify - but, the keep synching. The only offer I want promoted is about Free Shipping when customers spend $100+. How can I solve this? 

My goal is to keep my discounts on my website - but, not have them promoted on my Instagram or Facebook Shop.

This is not working. And, there is no Instagram Business Account - it is all through Meta Commerce Manager.

The other replies are deleted so I cannot see if they already mentioned this, or if your issue is fixed or not. I had this exact issue with a family discount code showing up; I just had to do what you said you did and edit the sales channels for the discount in Shopify. And then I had to go into the Meta Account Center, go to "Promotions" and then "Offers". From there I clicked "Promotional Tools" in the top right corner and selected "Sync offers from Shopify" and confirmed this action on the pop-up. It says it syncs every 15 minutes so I'm sure yours is fixed by now but I am going to post this reply for anyone else who is in a panic like I was

Hello, can someone walk me through how to do this? I have been back and forth between Shopify Shipping settings and Meta Business, to no avail. There is an automatic banner showing up on the top of my instagram shop.  I have no active offers in Shopify or Facebook Business. When I check the shipping profiles, I have deleted the option that says "Free shipping on orders over $100" but it still appears. I ahev synced the promotions from Facebook to shopify and it still appears. Please help!

I am having the same issue but my banner says free shipping on orders over $50. I am trying really hard to figure out where to remove this banner and cannot figure it out. It seems to be an issue many people are having.

Hey there! I was having the same issue and figured it out. Go to your discount on shopify and click on it. On the right side of the screen you can manage the sales channels. Exclude it from Facebook and Instagram. 

Then go into your Meta Commerce profile and click on promotions then offers. Top right corner is three dots. Click that and click sync discounts. Should remove it. Pissed me off for like 2 hours, but it worked. I hope this helps someone like me in the future reading this. If you are reading this, believe in yourself. You can do it. It's a long haul but put in the work and keep at it. Don't give it. You can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets.

This is what I was told to do and it appears to be working. Through your Meta Business Suite, do this:

Commerce Manager > Shop button > Edit Shops > select Settings > Website Content > Toggle off “Update shop with content from your website”

Even though I didn't have a Free Shipping Promo going on website, just toggling off made it go away. For the moment, that works for me. Hopefully it'll work for you.
