How to remove Shopify offers from Instagram Shop and Instagram Shop Banner?

Hey,

I am trying to remove discount offers from my Instragram Shop. 

They are currently appearing as a banner on the top of the page and and as a section on my instagram homepage with all of my offers from Shopify. 

I de-activated the offers from Facebook & Instagram on Shopify - but, the keep synching. The only offer I want promoted is about Free Shipping when customers spend $100+. How can I solve this? 

My goal is to keep my discounts on my website - but, not have them promoted on my Instagram or Facebook Shop.

Unfortunately it is not working.

This is not working. And, there is no Instagram Business Account - it is all through Meta Commerce Manager.

The other replies are deleted so I cannot see if they already mentioned this, or if your issue is fixed or not. I had this exact issue with a family discount code showing up; I just had to do what you said you did and edit the sales channels for the discount in Shopify. And then I had to go into the Meta Account Center, go to "Promotions" and then "Offers". From there I clicked "Promotional Tools" in the top right corner and selected "Sync offers from Shopify" and confirmed this action on the pop-up. It says it syncs every 15 minutes so I'm sure yours is fixed by now but I am going to post this reply for anyone else who is in a panic like I was
