How to remove the Etranslate app popup after uninstalling?

Hi,

I uninstalled etranslate app after deleting it (instructions there).

I think this popup about editing a page did not existed before!

Do you have any idea how to get rid of it???

Also it would be a good idea to add at the shopify admin panel that delete is NOT uninstall (so why delete exits at first place???? Sounds a logical error!)
