I installed the Walmart Integration created by Walmart. There are multiple bugs that are screwing with my walmart store and my shopify store. I am trying to figure out how to remove this from my Shopify website completely since simply disconnecting my account from the software didn't do the trick. I also have no idea how to get in contact with the developers to request a bug fix. Anyone have any advise as to how I can completely remove this software from my Shopify store?

See attached screenshot. I am trying to remove the Walmart sales channel from my website. As you can see my account is disconnected from Walmart however data is still syncing between Walmart and Shopify. I need this software completely removed from my Shopify store.

We are having the same issue currently. We had great results with the Walmart Shopify App for almost 8 months. As of 1/27 something changed and we can no longer get products to publish. They seem to stay in a "Your Item Is Read To Publish" Purgatory state but will not publish. As I'm sure you are aware by now, Walmart's customer service is beyond ridiculous and is laughable. No one will help you to try and get the problem fixed. We are at the point where we may disconnect the app then try and reconnect it to see if this solves the issues so we can onboard our products to WM seller. At this point I don't know any other way to get our products on. Their spreadsheet method and listing one product at a time with no feature like amazon or ebay has where you can dublicate product listings is crazy and very time consuming.
Were you able to reconnect the Walmart app and get it to work again? Thank you for any input you have. The shopify / Walmart app is great while it works, but man is is it buggy and shouldn't be this hard to get products onto their site.
I'm facing the same issues. No support and opening a case gets nothing either. Thought about disconnecting and removing the sales channel then put it back but I'm worried this might affect my walmart seller account. Did you find any help on this. It isn't syncing inventory either.

To provide some context, various sales channels can be added to the shop to allow for products to be sold across platforms (i.e Walmart, Facebook, Online Store, etc).
