How to request API permissions compliant with Shopify store rules?

Hi All, 

We have written an app for integration with our ERPS and it works well. However, when submitting to the shopify store we are being told our permissions request page for importing and exporting data from our side is not acceptable. 

The reviewer has said:

For manually asking permission to authorize those API is not permitted, these are the only api/scope permission that your app should use and doesn't need to 

So I am wondering how I need to do the permissions request for our own API so that it is compliant?
