Hi all,
we run a marketplace for trading cards.
We don’t currently charge shipping per product purchased, instead the purchase shows in the ‘customer account’ in the order history.
We want our customers to be able to request shipping within the ‘customer account’ for the purchases they have made. (To save on shipping costs, they may want to buy products on different dates and have them all shipped at once)
I was thinking a checkbox next to each order and then a ‘request shipping’ button.
We would then get an email for the request, raise an invoice and the customer can pay.
is there such an app that gives ‘order history’ options?

The flow you've described where you can create custom order statuses and notify customers may be possible with Order Status Pro.
