How to resolve eBay sync issue?

Hi All,

 

Does anyone else get this and or know how to fix this, the error message I receive is ' Failed Reason:
Failed to publish offers for group: A system error has occurred. ' and ebay brush me off as they have no clue too 🙂

 

all advise is so appreciated

We appreciate you taking the time to share your question. The eBay Sales Channel is a third-party integration, therefore, we are unable to troubleshoot any issues.

 

In fact, there is a dedicated support team for the eBay/Shopify integration. This support is accessible through the App Developer contact information on the app's page. 

 

I was happy to look this up for you, and you can connect with them directly via email at help@connectebaysupport.com. Not only will they be able to provide the expertise, but they also have the tools and access necessary to assist you.
