How to resolve Full Funnel Attribution issue in Shopify App?

Hey everyone! 

I help with growth at a Shopify App. We recently setup Full funnel analytics as per the Shopify dev documentation.
added an API parameter key.

We see shop_id as a custom dimension in our report although we don't see the Landing page that is associated with the shop_id

earlier I was able to see LP /appname?search_id=alphanumericalnumber&surface_detail=searchquery&surface_type=search

However, now I cannot see this LP associated with shop_id. Can anyone help me resolve this?
