How to resolve manual fulfillment issues in order management?

Goodmorning at all,

I have a doubt about the management of particular kind of orders, I have some scripts that export orders from shopify to my systems by API.

my scripts exports only the line items that belongs to my location_id, and excludes the others.

By the way, my customer and owner of the shop, sometimes fulfills some items, archive the order, but the day after he canceled the fulfills and reopen the order.

Checking this kind of orders, i see that the json of this orders keeps the first fulfillment location, even it the customer changes that after the cancelling of fulfillment.
