How to resolve payment collection issues on my account?

Hello,

I need some help i am having trouble with my account i cannot collect payment from my customers. Also i am having trouble with facebook and instagram.

When you say you aren't able to collect payment from customers, are you referring to your customers not being able to check out on your website, or are you not receiving the payments from your orders? 

For your Facebook/Instagram issue, would you be able to tell me a bit more about the issue you're running into? Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to set up the Facebook channel?

No it was not helpful, when i logged into shopify  i am getting an error that there is a problem loading this page

I can't go on to change products or add products i am not seeing that page

Can someone please assist me with this. Are is it too much to ask for a client

1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
3. Use the Search Bar to look into your current issue, such as "Issue with login" or "Request callback"
4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and click Continue
5. Choose one of the available support options
