How to resume a failed subscription with Paywhirl on Shopify?

Hi!

 

We are using PAYWHIRL app for subscriptions in our store. One of my customers subscription has failed, but he updates his payment details and wants to resume it but starting from  NEXT month. Which option do I choose when I try to bulk update option on shopify? ACTIVATE INACTIVE SUBSCIPTION? or RESUME SUBSCRIPTION OR SCHEDULE AUToMATIC ORDER FOR THE DATE THAT HE WANTS? i have to be sure that the customer won't get charged whenever I activate or resume his subscription. 

I tried AUToMATIC ORDER FOR THE DATE THAT HE WANTS, and I got the email saying it is failed, Unknown error, try later. 

Please help. I am new user of shopify
