How to safely remove Criteo Apps code from theme?

Hi 

We recently installed two apps from Criteo to trial some ads with them, unfortunately, they were uncontactable and we never got going with them.

So i'm just wondering if anyone knows how to safely remove their code from our theme?

I'm seeing

criteo-tracking.liquid  in the snippets folder & criteo-orderstatus.js in the assets folder.

I'm fairly certain I can just delete these two items from the theme, but would just like to hear from someone else who may have already done this.
