How to set fixed currency for specific collections regardless of location?

Hey All,

Hoping someone can help out with this or at least point me in the right direction.

We Use Shopify Collections to Sell Bespoke products to our customers - No collection is the same. 

We currently sell to customers that pay with GBP and EUR, I am aware that within Shopify Markets I can set the currency to change based on the induvial IP ( Irish IP will automatically change the currency to EURO ) the problem we have had with this is sometimes the Irish IP filters through Northern Ireland/Scotland ( GBP ) so automatically sets the currency to that.

My Question is:

Is there an app or process whereby I can se specific currencies for specific collections regardless of customer location? 

Example: 

Collection A - Fixed Euro Pricing regardless of customer changing region/language on their end.

Collection B - Fixed Sterling Pricing regardless of customer changing region/language on their end.
