How to set up a time-based pop up banner for an online store?

Hello

I'm looking for a way or app that allows me to create a pop up banner that is displayed on certain times.

So my online store will only be open from 7am till 9.45 7 days week. I need a pop up banner that appears at 7am (we're open) and 9.45pm (we're closed) but when closed the customer can press an X to close the banner ( or with a link on the banner it self ) and then continue shopping ( to place a delivery order ready for 7am)

I really hope this makes sense. It does in my head lol.

So basically, if I understand correctly, you really need the ability to create multiple modals/popups which are enabled and disabled based on the time and day? 1 for being open, and 1 for being closed?

If so, I should most likely be able to create an app for your specific use case in a few days. Not sure how long approval would take these days.
