How to set up dropshipping by zones for heavy items?

Hi,

We are looking to incorporate dropshipping into our current setup but as these are big, heavy items, we want to be able to have different shipping prices depending on postal codes and override our current shipping profiles if dropship items are selected. 

Are there any recommendations for an app? Thanks
