How to set up seasonal payments for a beehive adoption website?

Hi! I need an app to solve my problem, my website is about bees and hives, there is a section for adopting a beehive, the idea is the user must pay first for the adopting, then each season he has to pay for honey a specific price,

I tried to use subscription apps but the problem is the payments will be by season, and the seasons are in specific months per year, so if there is any suggestions please help.

The app Bold Subscription specifically, will allow for a specific day within the month for subscriptions to be charged/sent out to customers. You can use anchor dates to specify when subscription orders will be placed if the order intervals are not consistent (ie every 1 month, every 3 months, etc). We at Simple Subscriptions have experience setting this type of scenario up, as well as plans where your customers play an initial price then a different recurring price, which sounds like it may be applicable for you.
