How to show Product Discount from Shopify app

Hi,

I am building a discount app that gives product discount based on customer tags. I have completed creating discount and everything seem to work fine but I want to show table of discounts, on the product page so each customer can view what discount is offered. I made my app using Remix, Shopify Functions (Product Discount Function to be exact) I want to know how can I show discounts on product page? Should I use App MetaFields, Product Metafields ? or somethings else ?
