Hi! We sell products on a subscription basis, and we only need to deliver them on the first order, upon renewal, delivery is no longer needed. We have connected an app Shipping Easy that generates delivery for each new order. Every time the subscription is renewed (monthly), the app creates a new Shopify order, thereby automatically creating a shipment in Shipping Easy and they send a notification to the customer that the item has been shipped. The app Seal Subscription technically cannot change this, a new Shopify order will be created each time. What solutions might there be?
We need the client to receive only 2 types of notifications to the client - 1. About the order. 2. About sending product only for the first order.
+1 here I'd like to know how we can avoid sending notifications for subscription orders, or at least change the subject with liquid
