How to submit an app for review on the App Store?

Hi dear team,

We want to add our app to the Shopify App Store and for this, we want to submit our app for review. We are trying to complete the application listing steps. Unfortunately, couldn't figure out exactly what to do in part G. App review instructions.

It says that "Be sure to include credentials for all accounts, such as Amazon or eBay seller accounts."  And also says that "Test case 1, Add one product with two variants." 

So, our questions are:

1. Will we give you our test environment credentials, not prod?
2. Our app does not support adding products. We only list orders and generate reports. So, is there any problem with the test case?

Could you please help with this and in the review process?
