How to Sync Reviews Between Klaviyo Reviews and Trustpilot on Shopify?

Hello everyone,

We are currently using Klaviyo Reviews for our review collection and email marketing, as it offers great pricing. At the same time, we also collect reviews on Trustpilot, but we’re on the non-paid plan, so exporting reviews isn’t an option.

Our goal is to ensure that the reviews customers leave on both platforms are consistent. We want to find a way to manage both Klaviyo Reviews and Trustpilot Reviews so that each platform receives the same reviews.

Does anyone have experience managing reviews across both platforms? Here are a few questions we’re hoping to get advice on:

1. Is there an automated or manual process you use to push reviews from Trustpilot to Klaviyo (or vice versa)?
2. Are there any third-party tools or apps (other than Zapier) that can help sync reviews between these two platforms?
3. Any tips on incentivizing customers to leave reviews on both platforms effectively?
