How to trigger email based on carrier selection in Shopify Flow?

I have been trying to make a 'simple' FLOW which checks if UPS was selected as the carrier and if so, then it triggers the sending of an internal email to a member of staff.  I have been told by Shopify support staff to use the CarrierIdentifer variable and to check if it matches 'ups' or 'UPS', neither of which work. Is this the right variable? What value should be used to trigger a TRUE condition for an order which checks out with a UPS shipping service? Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure how to do this in flow - we have a 3rd party automation app. But is it possible for you to run that flow on a particular order that you know used UPS and then inspect the values of the carrier field in order to see what it is?
