How to trigger the web pixel event 'page_viewed' only when the current page contains my app block?

I'm trying to send some page_view event data to GA4, but the page_viewed is fired on every page in the storefront.
I want to send those interaction data only if the current page contains my app block. 

What would be the best way to trigger this event? Or any idea to filter out?
