How to update the webhook version of a developed app?

Hi, 

How should we update the webhook version of a developed app?

We have received a warning indicating one of our developed app needs to be updated because of APIs being deprecated.

We have made changes to our code and started using version 2023-01.

However, the webhook version is still 2021-04 in Shopify.

Do we need to uninstall and re-install the app to update correctly the webhook version?
