How to view all apps installed in the past?

I am trying to find all the apps I've installed (including ones that have been deleted). 

I looked at /admin/activity to view my Activity history but it only allows me to view a maximum of 250 "actions."  Is there something else I can do?

This is a great question to ask. I can definitely understand the benefit of having access to that information when it comes to managing your online store and theme file. At this time, the merchant admin does not include a list of apps previously installed on the store.
