I am having issues finding a proper Pre-order app or Solution.

I run a business that deals with pretty much 90% pre-order.  I am having an issue finding an app or just a way to set up pre-orders so that people can order now and pay later.

All the apps I have come across are just not simple to use.  I just want people to be able to place their order quick and easy, then I charge them at a later date.

The best one by far was deferpay.  They discontinued the app in July 2021 and now we are back to trying to find a better solution.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I understand that your business is predominately pre-order and you're looking for a way to have your customers order now and pay later. What kind of business do you have and products do you sell?

Advanced PreOrder(Partial Pay)

I recommend looking into the app Advanced PreOrder(Partial Pay.) This app allows you to use partial payments for your customers and hold their order. Your customers will then be able to complete the order at a later date. The app will change the Add to Cart button to the Pre-order button when an item is out of stock. I recommend clicking into the app to learn more about it's benefits and features and view in demo store for better visibility.

Another workaround is to edit the product price to zero, create a draft order and send an invoice to the customer. Your customers will be able to use the link within the invoice to complete payment. Thanks for sharing your concern. Besides the useful recommendations from @Victoria, I'd like to add one more app which is Pre-Order Now to the recommendation list - this app allows users to place their favorite products which are temporarily out of stock or not released yet in an easy way.
