Searching for bundle is the correct term as it will allow you to achieve what you are after. In your example what you can do is set up 2 variation options:

Option 1: Left Eye

Option 2: Right Eye

So the buyer will select degree for both eyes and place an order for quantity of both. The way you manage your inventory is that for every combination of your variations you would bundle both SKUs into them.

Three things to consider:

1. Inventory Management

Our bundle app lets you connect up all your products to correct SKUs and we then update their inventory based on the component stock level. So in your example if one of the degrees stock goes to zero the user won't be able to purchase that combination.

2. Order Fulfilment

When you sell one of the variations the component stock level won't reduce automatically as the order line is actually just the bundle item and not components.
