I can't use my shopify App.

I have signed in to my email address I used to create my store on desktop. I created my store and listed my products and everything. I downloaded the app and signed in to same email address, it signs in but only shows

"Experiment with different designs and products until you learn what works Create a store" and doesn't show any other option or me to view products or anything. on top it shows I'm logged in but when I go and tap there it shows "manage account and log out" when i select manage account it shows "general and security" can anyone help please? how can i view my orders and products and activity on my shopify app?
