I cant choose an optimization event on the tiktok app when i create a campaign

how do i fix this?, i cant post the campaign without choosing an optimization event

any help is appreciated!

I’m having the same issue anyone figure it out

 First, save the campaign as a draft (whether you're in Shopify or directly in Tiktok).  Then, create a new campaign where you'll see the options will populate (Ad to cart, Complete payment, etc.).
