I got a cookies and browser issue on different browsers with I tried to run my custom app on my stor

I made an app on Shopify partner and install that app into my Shopify store. So, when I open that app. I got an issue from the browser related to cookies. I used nextJS along with Ngrok to run my app on my store.

Here is the issue that I got on chrome. 

I tried on 4 different browsers like
Firefox, Opera, Safari, Microsoft Edge

But got the same type of issues. I search it and someone suggested to me a solution of allowing cookies and changing the browser but nothing worked for me.
I will be very thankful to you guys if you will help me with this issue.
