I have submit details but i have seen again these options after submission

My shopify keeps sending this massage even after I send all the correct details done it like 5 times and it keeps saying the same thing.

 

To continue accepting payments, you need to submit some additional details about your business:

 

It has accepted my passport for the ID part I have sent my driving license for proof of Address verification and its not working.

It sounds like perhaps the system is not registering your details, or that perhaps the changes are not saving as expected. If you are seeing an error when you hit submit, please share the details of that with me now.

 

If you are not seeing an error, and it simply appears as if it was not edited then let's have you rule out some local errors. Please try the following troubleshooting steps with me:

 

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection

I have tried all of them and it's still showing:

It's very infuriating because I have paid for Shopify and will have to cancel it if it doesn't work and I wont to lunch my store soon.
