This is likely a problem at your domain registrar end.

Please make sure that all the A-Record and CNAME records are pointing correctly to shopify nameservers.

Refer to this guide and this one.

Cheers!

Make sure your A record is set up correctly. Also, check your CNAME/subdomain has the correct domain including www. You can find out more about how to manage your domains in this guide

Hi, @NutriQuestco.

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thank you for sharing your question here.

I was also able to see the error message This site can’t be reached - DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when navigating to your domain. This error message populates when the web browser is trying to access the domain but the DNS lookup has failed.

On my end, I looked up your domain settings and the system failed to fetch DNS information. I also looked up your domain through ICANN to view the domain status and any other indicators of why this error message may appear.

When searching your domain status, it displayed: clientHold, clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited. These indicate that you will need to contact your domain provider to remove this status code in order to transfer and connect your domain. You can find more information on the EPP Status Codes page.

Once the issue is resolved, we have a handy resource to connect your third-party domain to Shopify manually.

Please let us know if the above steps have helped you!
