I'm Looking for a file upload and personalization app that will change the product image

Does one of the product customization apps update the product picture with the added text or uploaded file to represent the finished product?

I see so many options and can't find that answer anywhere. 

This stuff I would like is a text area or two and an insert image to a specified location and size overlayed on a predetermined picture.

any suggestions?
