I'm looking for a review app which can create a slider or carousel of reviews

I've just started and am looking for a review app that can create a slider or carousel of reviews on the store's home page and can also send emails or a links to customers for collecting reviews. I don't mind spending more bucks but would prefer for an app with a good price. Thank guys!
