I'm not getting customer information when i download orders

When i download orders information i'm not getting the first_name, last_name, email of the customer and also i'm not getting address1 of the billing_address but when i check out the json of the order in my shopify store all that information is there, what should i do?.

I am assuming - you are downloading the order via API. If so, have you requested access to protected customer data access via your partner dashboard app settings in "API access" section?
