I need a fast and affordable backup app for my file-intensive site

I want to back up my whole site periodically. It is a file-intensive site. Which app is, in your experience, the best in terms of backing up the site completely and is budget-friendly.

The reason I italicized "completely" is because I have looked through some backup and duplicator apps, but saw a lot of stuff I don't understand (which may or may not, be important). I just want this (the back up system that can do this): If I need to republish my website for whatever reason, I will have everything ready to republish the crashed/hacked/etc. site. And I will be able to to get this done fast. 

I need a backup solution that won't take forever to download my many files, and I need the app to upload the backup files to the Shopify server, fast, in case my site crashes, gets hacked, etc.

Please let me know which app you think would be best for me, keeping in mind the points I raised above.

Thanks, Mike. I settled on TinyBackup for the moment but what does this mean "Up to 300 orders/month" I see at the Rewind page? To be honest, I don't know if TinyBackup will do a good job or not. I can switch to Rewind, but what exactly do I get for that $9 that is better than TinyBackup?

That means that our pricing will cover your store until you do $9 / month. 

Tiny doesn’t backup your entire store so doesn’t quite fit your requirements above. It’s at least missing backups of customers and orders among a few other things that might not be important for a store of your size.
