i need an app to use two rates of shipping, one for monday to friday and then the other for weekends

hi, I need an app to calculate what shipping cost to apply.  I have a very simple shipping set of rules.

Monday to Friday costs which use royal mail next day delivery (8.95)

& then saturday delivery (13.74). we have fixed package sizes so no difference on weights.

Is their an app that can do this?  Please help.
