I need better Inventory Management for Bundles!

I need to urgently improve my inventory management as I am constantly running out of stock! I am hoping that there is an app that can track inventory based on bundle sales.

We basically sell two skincare products, available in various bundles with different accessories. Currently, managing inventory for these bundles is challenging because I have to manually update each item’s stock.

I’m hoping there is an app that can simplify this process. I don't want to create new product skus, I just need an app that automatically tracks each sku when a bundle is sold, so I am on top of ordering more stock.

You may find our app as a solution to address your bundle inventory management. You can sell your existing Shopify product SKUs as a single product or as part of the bundle without the need to create separate SKUs. For the bundle product, that will be the bundle in the app, you might need to create a new SKU, but this won’t affect your child products at all. 

Simple Bundles also uses the lowest product inventory quantities to keep the bundle inventory quantity in sync. This means that to prevent overselling, bundle inventory is calculated based on the number of bundles that can be created using the available child product inventory quantities. If you sell any of the items individually, the bundle will recognize the updates in the inventory to discount the stock available. The Easify Inventory Sync app could be a great solution for your inventory management needs 🤗. The app allows you to create a bundle group in Shopify admin, which includes your main product and its accessories, and then syncs their inventories. For instance, you could create a bundle group for your Skincare product A with its accessories as follows:

• Master product: Skincare product A
• Component products: Accessories 1, 2, 3 (You can also specify the quantities of each accessory that contribute to the bundle).

As a result, whenever Skincare product A is purchased, the quantities of the accessories will automatically be deducted based on their preset quantity per bundle.

If the accessories are fixed, this approach will work well. However, if you allow customers to choose from different accessories, I can suggest an alternative solution.
