For third party app/services issues you need to contact that business support.

Your lacking detail in exactly what specific feature shopify itself is the problem.

If you need setup services you can reach out to someone like myself, use experts.shopify.com or post to the job board here on the forums. Remember others do not know what you are doing always provide clear context of what exactly you need help with by including details such as store url, theme name, urls to related apps, documentation urls, example videos etc.

I am late responding to this but does it need to be through ShopKeeper?

I tested the demo.

However, my issue is that it is taxing the gift card.  There should be no tax on gift cards.

Hey Mommyliw,

Sorry about that error. I haven't paid attention to our demo store recently but it was running an older version of our app. I am working on updating that now. That said, I have fixed the tax issue so you can check that out. I will have the rest of the new app running on that store in the next few hours as well.
