I need to find an app to modify Shipping rates in batches

Since we don't have FedEx and TNT accounts, we cannot use the app to directly obtain the price. We need to manually modify the price of different weights according to different weights, which is a lot of work. Is there any such app that can solve this problem?

I can understand the amount of manual work that you have to put in for determining the shipping costs. However, as you asked for a solution I would recommend you to take a look at Multi Carrier Shipping Label App. This app helps to get accurate shipping rates based on your product weights. But to use this app you have to have your own carrier accounts with FedEx and TNT.
