I need to have a way for each customer to have multiple profiles (1 per child)

Does anyone know how to best capture this information? I want each of my customers to be able to setup a profile per child. If they have 3 kids they purchase for then that one customer will need 3 profiles. So that when they order a product on my website they can select the profile/child that the product was purchased for each time.

I ended up finding solution through an app: helium customer fields.

I need to do the same thing with pets and am looking through helium to try this, but am not able to see a way to do it. Any advice?
