I never selected a plan, yet getting charged monthly and no way to cancel, my store shows inactive

I cant cancel membership, i go to my account, says stores inactive and i shouldnt be charged, now i have 2 months of charges and an inactive store and no way to cancel.

This is most likely due your account was not properly deactivated which is why it incurred fees. If you do not have an option to deactivate your account, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team as they can help you deactivate your account properly and to will make sure that it will not incur any more fees. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
