I set up the SHOP app, but not all of my products are appearing. Why?

Thanks for reaching out.


In order to have your products displayed on the Shop app, the online store will need to meet the Shop Merchant Guidelines. If you can confirm that you are meeting those requirements, you can add the Shop sales channel to your admin.


To add the Shop sales channel, you will need to select on the + symbol above Online Store located on the side menu. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:




Once your Shop sales channel is setup, we can manage the products that will display on the application to potential customers. You can select the Shop sales channel to see the option to Manage Products, this will allow to Manage the Product Availability to have your products successfully displayed on the Shop application.

The answer above didn't help me. However when adding products to your store. If you click on the side where it says "Publishing" and underneath that it shows online store. Click the three dots and add another sales channel. You can add ; Shop, Facebook or Instagram. Granted you have to do this with each product. But it's not as complicated as the above and only other comment on here. I tried to follow that & I'm sorry maybe shopify has changed since 2022 - but here we are in 2024 & that doesn't work.
