I started with the shopify-cli app. How can I implement Client or Server side Routing?

Hello, I made a ResourceITem with a

const shortcutActions = [
    {
      content: "Manage",
      url: `packages/manage`,
    },
  ];

<ResourceItem
      id={id}
      url={url}
      accessibilityLabel={`Edit details for ${name}`}
      shortcutActions={shortcutActions}
      persistActions
    >

But when I click the Manage button and app tries to go /packages/manage it redirects to / with a 302. If I try to go with a direct URL it will make me go with the AUTH process Again.

Documentation is not clear about how to do routes or implement URLs in a embed shopify app.

I want to implement Client or Server side Routing. How can I do it?
